Yes. Remove all author names, affiliations, and acknowledgements that reveal identity from the submitted manuscript. Self-citations should be written in the third person.

No. ICAMCDS 2026 accepts only original, unpublished work. Simultaneous submission to another conference or journal is not permitted.

Registration is handled through the online form linked on the Registration page (http://localhost:3000/join/author?token=019f52b7-75c6-771c-ac3c-7d386e5db5ab). Select your delegate category, complete payment, and you will receive a confirmation email within two business days.

Yes. Each accepted paper must be presented by at least one registered author at the conference. Papers not presented may be excluded from the proceedings.

Yes. A reduced student registration rate is available. A valid student ID must be uploaded during registration.

All accepted and presented papers will appear in the ICAMCDS 2026 conference proceedings. Selected papers will be invited for journal publication after the event.

Camera-ready versions incorporating reviewer feedback must be uploaded by 10 November 2026 through the author portal.

Registered participants will receive virtual session links and login details by email before the conference. Please use the same email address provided during registration.

A stable internet connection, a modern web browser, and a webcam/microphone are recommended. Presenters should test their setup in advance using the details shared by the organising team.
